Qian Ling graduated with First Class Honours in both the Bachelor of Medical Bioscience and the Bachelor of Science (Honours).
Qian Ling’s current practice broadly covers various IP areas. Her current portfolio includes patent and trademark prosecution which covers conducting IP clearance, advising clients on filing strategies and dealing with office actions. With her research background, she brings a practical, detail-oriented perspective to intellectual property and is keen to support innovators in protecting and developing their ideas.
Job Scope
To advise clients on matters such as patent, trademark, industrial design and copyright.
To provide prompt and accurate responses to the clients’ valued requests.
To directly assist and liaise with clients in resolving their intellectual property queries.
To manage and coordinate with fellow team members within the department.
