Personal Data Protection Act 2010 Notice
This notice is issued pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”) (“Privacy Notice”). It describes how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data obtained through the following:

“Name, national registration identification card number, passport number, photograph, e- mail address, postal address, age, telephone number, mobile number, EPF details, SOCSO details, income tax details, employment details and history including details of present and past income, bank account details, credit card details, marital status, gender, nationality, education or other related qualifications, achievements, ethnic origin, medical records, physical, mental health or condition, political opinions, religious beliefs or other beliefs of similar nature, commission or alleged commission of offence and sexual orientation.”
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your Personal Data may be used by us for the following purposes:
for the performance of services;
for verifying information about you from third party sources as mentioned herein above;
for sending promotional materials such as newsletters, legal updates, information on events etc. which we consider may be of interest to you; and/or
for administrative purposes such as maintenance of client records and files.
We may not be able to perform the services effectively in the event you refuse to supply your Personal Data to us.

To Whom We Disclose Your Personal Data To
